The Conference 5RB is taking place on Thursday, 27 March 2025. As well as a detailed analysis of the latest developments in Defamation, Privacy and Data Protection law, the conference will feature workshop sessions on the following:

- Internet intermediaries: claims and regulation
- Procedural updates, including the new jurisdiction gateways
- Litigating data breach claims
- Generative AI
